I bought two of these pouches to add to my Opsrey vest. The two I got were in good condition with no torn molle straps or holes. The only thing I noticed was the camo was slightly faded from use, which is to be expected in a used pouch. They fit two larger ar15 mags with some room to spare. Two pmags might have some wiggle room, but tightening the velcro should mitigate most of the jingling.
