The Fenix TK20R V2.0 literally outshines its predecessor model, the TK20R. With 3000 lumens, a threefold increase in light output with a simultaneous increase in the illumination range from 300 m to 475 m, and 71% more battery capacity, the torch scores on all levels ANSI MEASUREMENT. Different measuring methods for light intensity can also produce different lumen rates for a torch. For optimal comparability with other suppliers, Fenix and Nitecore measure according to the American ANSI standard. This means that the lumen ratings of different manufacturers can be directly compared by ANSI. IPX8 water resistance according to IPX-8 means that the lamp can withstand water at a depth of approx. 2.5 meters (8 feet) for 30 minutes when submerged. IP68 This protection class stands for protection against dust and against water penetration when submerged for an indefinite period of time. The housing of the compact lamp is made of high-strength aluminum and is protected against water and dirt according to IP68.
